最近的幾天內,個別少數的班機延誤或取消還是可能發生。因為班機需要逐漸的恢復正常營運,所以提醒旅客們注意下列狀況:


Because we are returning to normal flight schedule gradually please note:


• If new flights have been reserved for you during the strike, your new reservation is valid.
如果你的班機是在罷工期間重新訂位的,此訂位仍屬有效。


• If you have postponed your trip during the strike, we can change your reservation back to the original flights if there are seats available.
如果於罷工期間,你已經更改並延後你的訂位;在原訂班機尚有空位的情況下,我們可以將你的訂位改回原始訂位班機。


• If you have requested refund for your ticket, your original booking is not valid any more.
如果你已經要求退票,你原本的訂位就已經取消不被保留。


Any possible new flight booking made for you can be checked on our website: Manage my booking. If a new flight is already booked for you and the new flight schedule is suitable for you, go to the airport in good time to check in. Please call our customer service if the flight booked for you does not suit your travel plans.
你可以上網(http://www.finnair.com/managemybooking) 查詢你已經訂好的班機。如果你接受新訂航班,請於正常時間前逕行機場辦理報到手續。如果你想更改航班,請與我們的客服部連絡。

我們誠懇的請旅客上網http://www.finnair.com/finnaircom/wps/portal/finnair/flightlist/en_INT 查詢航班即時起降時間或是班機取消訊息。


You may do the check-in on the internet, the self-service check-in kiosk or check-in desk at the airport. Checked baggage should be left at the Baggage Drop desk or at the check-in desk, within the normal check-in times. Online check-in for Finnair flights (opens 12 hours before departure).
旅客也可以上網辦理報到手續http://www.finnair.com/finnaircom/wps/portal/Checkin,或是在機場使用KIOSK機器自行印出登機證。在正常的報到時間內,將托運行李放置在Baggage Drop desk(行李托運櫃檯) 托運。網路上辦理報到手續的開放時間為 - 飛機起飛前12小時前。


REFUND, IF YOUR FLIGHT IS/WAS CANCELLED
退票 - 當你的航班取消時


We kindly ask you to cancel your flight reservation at Manage my booking or call our customer service before you fill in the refund form. If your trip begins/began on 10 December 2010 or earlier you may apply for refund for an unused Finnair flight ticket: Application for refund. If your ticket was issued by a travel agency or their internet service or another airline, please contact the issuing office for a refund.

如果你的機票並不是直接上芬蘭航空網站購買的,請與原開票旅行社或是航空公司申請退票。
